■ The motor section features a dustproof and drip-proof structure with protection class IP67 (totally enclosed self-cooling) and a heat resistance class of F (155), making it strong against vibrations from cutting and highly reliable.
■ The clamping mechanism switches between ON (unclamp) and OFF (clamp) using air (supply air pressure 0.35MPa), with a safety design that maintains the clamped state when the air is OFF. It also includes a built-in proximity sensor to confirm the seating when the holder is clamped.
■ The spindle and holder adopt a unique two-surface constrained shank developed by our company, maintaining a holding force of 5 tons at all times.
